Founded in July 2024, Nashville Midtown Surgical proudly serves pediatric and special needs patients throughout the Nashville area. As an ambulatory surgery center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry, oral surgery, and comprehensive dental care, we provide safe, comfortable care in a welcoming environment.
Our experienced team of dental professionals offers pediatric, special needs, and oral surgery procedures in a state-of-the-art setting. Treatment is completed in a single visit while patients sleep peacefully throughout their procedure, providing families with a convenient and stress-free experience.

My son had to get 2 teeth removed and some filling and I cannot stress enough how well the staff did. Dr.Larson and his entire staff did absolutely amazing, I was extremely nervous but they made sure I was comfortable and as well as my son. Everything went really smooth and quick. They even called the next day to check on him. They are very good about answering the phone and answering any questions you may have. The anesthesiologist also eased my mind A LOT. He was super kind and explained the entire procedure very well. He let me go back to the OR with my son until he was asleep. 10/10 recommendation!
My 6 year old son had some pretty extensive dental surgery today and it went amazing! The staff were great and it all went so quick and smooth. They made everything easy to understand and went over every step of the process. We started around 9:45 this morning and my son is already home and resting and in a happy mood. Could not be happier for what could have been a very stressful day. I also felt no judgement from any member of the staff or medical team which is huge in my opinion! Highly recommend!
