Troy serves as President of Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, where he oversees day-to-day operations with a focus on leading effective processes and fostering a mission driven culture to ensure exceptional quality and financial performance.
Before assuming his role at Blue Cloud, Troy served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sound Physicians, a highly esteemed multi-specialty medical group with over 4000 clinicians serving over two million patients annually.
Troy also brings a wealth of experience from his previous leadership positions at distinguished health systems such as Providence Health, Texas Children’s Hospital, and MD Anderson Cancer Center. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas State University and a Master of Health Care Administration from Texas Woman’s University.
Troy and his wife, Lynnette, are native Texans who share a passion for outdoor activities including hiking, golf, pickleball, and skiing.
