Today we brought Evy to Tri State Children’s Surgery Center for a check up to see what is next regarding her cavities. From the moment we arrived, this team went above and beyond. The doctor and his entire staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a solid 1000. It has been so challenging just getting her in anywhere, but the team here made sure she was taken care of every step of the way. We were referred by our dentist who recommended sedation due to her age, and the staff handled everything with professionalism and care. We truly appreciate all that you did today. It means more than we can express. Thank you so much to everyone at Tri State Children’s Surgery Center. Sincerely, Evy and Mom

Let me start by saying that the reviews about being rescheduled is ridiculous. If you understand that this is a dentist that does surgery on kids mouths then you should understand that there may be appointments from time to time that needs adjustments. I got rescheduled and I understood that. Moving forward, the work done in both of my daughters is beyond exceptional and absolutely exceeded my expectations they both needed major work done and the finished results are just like WOW!! I can't say thank you enough to everyone at this dentist. From start to finish I highly absolutely positively recommend this dentist.

Dr. Franco is hands down the best kids dentist around! My daughter has been to multiple dentists and he is the only dentist who has made going to the dentist and having an operation fun and friendly! He did an outstanding job on fixing her teeth when all the other dentists insisted we had to have 4 teeth pulled!

My son has special needs. He is 5years old, has down syndrome and is autistic. He had been on a waiting list for a waiting list at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital for the dental department for TWO YEARS. I admit, I waited until he was close to 3 to try to get into the dentist, but his teeth came in late and we were trying to get his sleep apnea under control and had some other medical issues we had to figure out. When we tried normal dentists, they would ask a few questions, then recommend I go to Children's (again, on a wait list for the waiting list). Then a local dentist gave me a flyer for this establishment I called them immediately from the parking lot. At this point I had called so many places, asked for references, referrals, had the dr at Cincinnati Childrens who coordinates his care through the Thomas Center, had her people looking into it.... I was hopeful but not expecting much. When I gave the person all of Zachary's information, they said they weren't sure if they could do anything because of his apnea diagnosis, but we could come get a consult and see what the dentist said. I went in for the consultation and was not very hopeful. If anything I figured I'd get another referral and maybe I jump a few spots on the wait list.... I left that appointment crying tears of happiness....they said they would cap what they needed to and extract what they couldn't save. We had a procedure that lasted almost 3 full hours. My non verbal son has crushed roots of his front bottom teeth while grinding and clenching, most of his back teeth were damaged beyond repair. They were able to give him 8 crowns and his top fangs are natural. He has 10 teeth..But he smiled the next day.... and even though I'm sure his mouth hurt, I knew it felt better. I could see a change in him and it made my heart smile. It's hard to know what to focus on and what to put on the back burner, and the professionals at the center didn't make me feel like I was failing as a mother. They said they would help, and they did.

Our 10 year-old son and I had an extremely pleasant experience today! Our son struggles with incredible anxiety over appointments! I had communicated prior to our appointment, to share some of his challenges… There are no words to express my gratitude and appreciation, for how amazing the Staff and Dr., interacted with Colten! I wasn’t sure, if he could even make it through the appointment… He actually enjoyed it! Experiences like this, I think will help him heal from previous trauma! I was a bit too distracted, to get names… But may the Lord bless the three of you! For blessing Colten today! My sweet-and-sour 10-year-old!
