Staff were all wonderful and helpful with navigating insurance nuisances and scheduling. They were all warm and made the process less stressful. Nurses, anesthesiologist and dentist were all kind, patient and explained everything. They answered all questions and warned of things that may happen prior to them happening so nothing was unexpected and stressful. My daughter woke up angry, upset and confused and without prior warning, I would have been very worried. Thank you again to all staff for making me feel secure about the situation and for doing such a good job taking care of my daughter during her procedure.

The only Dental Surgery Center I would step into within a 100 mile radius. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. The staff was welcoming, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and the entire process was organized and efficient. The dental team took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the office smile. I spoke with the front office staff and they were the most pleasant and respectful and helpful front staff I have ever encountered. When I was taken back, a Nurse by the name of Mishila assisted me and was the best nurse EVER had. It is truly the staff that makes this office flourish and be the best! It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and strive to provide excellent care. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and high-quality medical services. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience!

I want to start by saying we had to schedule and reschedule a couple of times. It was during a heavy sick season, and there was also a day when the anesthesiologist was out sick. On top of that, I had read some negative reviews beforehand that honestly made me nervous. I even called and told them straight up how I was feeling. As a mom of a five-year-old who needed to go under anesthesia, I was already anxious, and those reviews added to it. Because of all that, I told myself that if anything felt off on the day of the procedure, I would leave. This was all new to me, and I wanted to trust my instincts. I’m really glad we went through with it. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a professional, calm, and welcoming front desk staff member who helped me with the paperwork on the iPad and made the whole check-in process feel easy. Shortly after, the nurse brought us back, took vitals, and walked us through everything. She was incredibly thorough, kind, and reassuring. I felt comfortable being completely honest about my nerves, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and really put me at ease. My son also felt comfortable and safe before his procedure, which meant everything to me. He had three crowns done under anesthesia, and the entire experience was smooth and positive. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I even told them in person that the reviews had made me nervous, and they were nothing but understanding and reassuring. I’m sharing this because I almost let those negative reviews scare me away, and that would have been a mistake. Our experience was nothing like that. This place absolutely deserves a positive rating, and I’m very grateful for the care they gave my son.

This office is very friendly, very knowledgeable and keeps you posted as to when you’ll be seen. If they had not explained to me on the phone that it can take awhile to be seen, since it is a surgery center, then I probably would have been upset but Lisa was very thorough.
