We had a great experience here with my daughter. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the technician who did her X-rays was so sweet. Everyone made us feel comfortable, and the whole vibe was calm and positive. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent dental surgical center. This is the 2nd time my son has been here, this one was just for an exam. And overall it was good. He first went at 3 years old so its been 3 years and the people changed but its good. Three years ago was an experience mostly because when they came and got me he was not awake. I had to wake him up and when he woke up he was nauseous and ended up throwing up blood which of course freaked me out being I was the driver. Aside from that, they took care of him and we havent had any issues since!

This place is always friendly and fast service. My daughter did great last time we were there, we do sedation and she was back to her normal withing a few hours after. I recommend it to everyone that I know.

We just came back from my daughters dental surgery. I cannot express how happy we are with the process. From the front desk staff, the nurse, anesthesiologist and dentist were so kind and came to introduce themselves to us and our daughter before taking her back. The nurse explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable. The dentist came back out with fresh x-rays to ensure what we were scheduled for was even necessary. When we went to the consultation we were told she needed 5 crowns, turns out she only needed 3. The entire process for us was about 1 hour. From entering, filling out paper work, getting our daughter put under general anesthesia, dental surgery and when she woke up. It was amazing. I do have to say, I wish I mentally prepared myself more for when she woke up. The nurse explained she could either wake up confused or upset. My daughter was definitely upset and groggy and her nose was dripping a lot of blood. The nurse did mention that she would have a nose bleed but again, I wasn't prepared for how bad it'd be. So just mentally prepare yourself for that and have a bottle of hydrogen peroxide on hand! My only gripe I'd have to complain about is that we had to pay prior to her going back for an estimated price so we paid for more than my daughter needed. We are going to get our money back but we probably won't see it for a week to a week and a half due to Thanksgiving. I understand why they collect money up front but it'd be nice if they could refund the money as fast as they take it (lol) We also weren't able to get an itemized bill prior to the appointment so we're kind of just paying "blindly." I was told we can get one once the surgery is complete so I'm going to call and ask for one after the Thanksgiving. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind when we were asking questions about the refund and she was able to get us an answer within 5 minutes. I've read comments before and people are upset about the wait time but it's mentioned to us that it could be a 3-5 hour wait before we book the surgery. We made sure we had books, coloring stuff, favorite stuffies, toy cars, etc. We were in for the long haul. Yes, having an appointment is important but people need to understand that these are children these nurses, anesthesiologists, and dentists are working on. It's not an assembly line. These are tiny humans and sometimes things take longer than it needs to be. So, PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE. And honestly, if you're able to get an early morning appointment do that especially since these littles can't eat or drink anything past 12am. We had a 7 am appointment. We had to wake up early but that meant we were the first family to be seen. My husband and I are very pleased with how things went and can't praise this place enough! We hope to never see them again cause that means my daughter has more cavities but we are happy this place exists nonetheless.
