My son has anxiety and nervousness when it comes to dentists that’s why he was referred here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my son and myself were comfortable and even excited prior to the procedure. They were patient with us and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. The procedure was done in about an hour and we were reunited with our son about 30 minutes after it was done. I am so thankful we came here to have his dental issues resolved and I just want to say thank you to everyone who was involved in my son’s care.

We truly appreciate the care and professionalism this office provides to our pediatric dental patients. Their team is always friendly, welcoming, and very efficient. They do an excellent job getting patients seen quickly while still making families feel comfortable and cared for. It gives us confidence knowing our patients are being referred to a team that consistently provides such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

We had to write a review for Jacksonville Children’s Surgery Center.. It was exceptional from start to finish. The scheduling process was smooth, and communication before, during, and after surgery was outstanding. Every member of the team made my husband, my daughter, and me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. From the receptionist to Nurse Amanda Wooten, Anesthesiologist Karina Fuentes, and Dentist Connor Witty, everyone took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. They explained each step of the procedure, ensuring we knew exactly what to expect and helped ease any concerns we had… Hands down to nurse Amanda who took care of my baby every step of the way… Amazing! Nurse! 🫶🏾 The staff’s professionalism, compassion, and teamwork were truly remarkable. They created such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that it felt more like being cared for by family than being in a medical facility. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and each other. This team did an amazing job, and their positive environment was so impressive that it even made me want to join the team! Thank you all for providing outstanding care to our daughter and for making what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable, reassuring, and positive for our entire family. This place is so awesome! The staff are so nice & friendly. They make every patient and their parents feel like they are the most important person in the world. They really care about every person that walks through the door. I highly recommend them to everyone who has a child that needs a little extra care with their dental needs.

Jacksonville Children’s Surgery was amazing throughout the entire process. A family member of mine recently had their child treated there, and they were very nervous going into it. Thankfully, the team was incredibly reassuring, professional, and caring from the beginning. They were referred through their dental office by the representative who visits monthly, and everything went smoothly. The follow-up care and communication afterward really stood out and made them feel supported every step of the way.
