My level 3 autistic 5 year old son had his first sedated dental visit today. Last week, the consultation waiting time was very long, a couple of hours, but worth it to get him the appointment he needed. This morning, the wait was much shorter, probably only 10-15 minutes. He grinds his teeth and never lets his regular dentist look at or clean his teeth anymore. This clinic was able to sedate him with the gas mask without any problem and then put in an IV and tube to keep him sedated and breathing properly for the procedure. They told me the anesthesiologist would be with him the whole time which was a relief. I met the dentist and anaesthesiologist before they took him back to sedate him. Our anesthesia provider was Alan Tran. Our dentist was Khanh Truong. They were both very professional and friendly and let me know what they would do. As soon as they had the x-rays and a treatment plan, a nurse showed me the pictures and walked me through everything they had to do and why. All of the questions I asked were answered with confidence. After they determined he needed crowns on the teeth that were grinded down, they asked me if I wanted white caps or silver. It was nice to have the option of white since they are the teeth at the front of his smile! The crowns themselves, along with a tooth extraction of a baby tooth that was blocking an adult tooth, didn't take long at all. They brought me back with him as he was waking up, and nurse Sally was very gentle and sweet and explained all of the aftercare procedures very thoroughly. My baby boy is doing great this afternoon! He was drowsy when we left and he took a short nap. I feel prepared for the coming days of recovery. I am attaching pictures of his teeth before and after the crowns. The after photo is today, which is the afternoon of the procedure, so his gums are bruised still and there is blood where they extracted the tooth. Thank you to the staff for being kind, professional, and gentle with my baby boy. I'm very happy that I was finally able to really know what his teeth need, get them thoroughly cleaned, and get them protected with crowns. I was really really nervous about doing a sedated dental visit, but it was definitely the right decision for my son.

Truly had such an amazing experience from the moment I called till my very end appointment visit for my daughter. I found this location on google looking for someone who took my insurance and also the anesthesiologist, when I called and made my appointment I was given all the information on what to bring and what to do address and where exactly it’s at, I was welcomed by the front desk girl so sweet explained paperwork that needed to be filled out on the tablet the office was cleaned and even had a movie playing while we waited we were called up and the nurse was so sweet! She even made my daughter laugh and explained to us when doctor was running a few mins behind due to surgery (understandable! I loved that they let me know) I met Dr. Lam who literally was so nice and informative as well! He included my daughter in the conversation made her laugh and talked to her (at this point I felt safe my daughter was in safe hands) he explained surgery and answers all of my questions. The day of the surgery I was nervous and I knew my daughter was too I met the nurses and I even got to meet the anesthesiologist Billy which ease my mind so much he was so nice as well and made my daughter laugh that day and complimented her on her capybara plushie (they allowed her to take it inside which I love for extra comfort since I couldn’t be there) we even got to see Dr. Lam minutes before it was time my daughter recognized him and even shared laughs. I was given a page that will allow me to check the progress on my daughter I was called up and met nurse Sally rn extremely sweet and explained to me the process of everything and even shared me some tips! Overall experience I’m very thankful for this office the staff the doctors I love so much definitely recommend this place anyone looking for dental surgery for their little ones! Thank you so much front staff! Back nurses and Billy anesthesiologist and Dr. Lam and RN Sally for making this experience amazing for me and my daughter.

We had a wonderful experience here. I can not recommend it enough! Our 11 year-old daughter was referred here to have her treatments under sedation and we were pretty nervous about the procedure but everyone was very helpful and kind. The staff really made sure we felt welcomed. Our initial consult appointment was scheduled for 11:30 and having read other reviews about the long wait, we came prepared with books and an ipad, jackets in case it was cold, drinks, and snacks. I also prepared my daughter that we may be waiting a while. We did have about an hour wait before we were called back, which I felt was not unreasonable, due to the specialized service they provide. Once back, the consult went very fast, and we were then scheduled for the sedation appointment. For that appointment, we got there at 7:15am and even having 13 things done, we were leaving the office by 9:45am! All went so well and we so appreciate having this option for those whom need extra care for dental work.
